500 cannibis plants discovered in Vigan

France 3/Scoop, Oct 12

A 51 year old man is in custody after the discovery of 500 cannibis plants in Vigan, Gard.

The suspect, from Lasalle, Gard, was arrested, and his home was searched.

Some of the plants were in his greenhouse, under cover in Vigan, and some were drying in his home. Police also found more than €45,000 in cash in his home.

The court is unlikely to believe his story that it was for his own personal use.
