A superb find in the beautiful village of Aigueze, just on the border with Provence. The food is of a very high quality and highly inventive - with slightly asiatic touches here and there. The restaurant is in a vaulted stone cave beneath the village tower. Nicely decorated - with an earthy, Provencale feel and ambient jazz in the background. Friendly, efficient service.
