France 3/Scoop, Oct 19

After months of investigations, a car trafficking network was dismantled in Perpignan. 15 stolen vehicles were discovered and six people were taken into custody.

It took eight months to investigate the gang, and this week six people, aged 31 to 42 were arrested. The network operated between Paris and Perpignan, and they also fabricated false cartes grises.

Investigations continue on about fifty other vehicles.
