Death toll up to 14 in the Aude, and 1 missing

On Wednesday morning, the death toll from the Aude floods went up to 14. A body was found in the river Orbiel in Villalier, a town located northeast of Carcassonne.

In total two people died in Villalier, six in Trèbes, three in Villegailhenc, one in Villardonnel, one in Carcassonne and one in Saint-Couat-d'Aude.

One person is still missing, and the firefighters continue the search. About 700 firefighters are still involved in the search and clean-up.
