Farmers to disrupt the A75 and the Millau viaduct

France 3/Scoop, Feb 9

Aveyron farmers who are protesting against the new map of disadvantaged agricultural areas have planned to block the A75 and the viaduct at Millau next week.

Farmers in several departments in Occitanie are angry about the map reforms - particularly in Gers, Lot, Aveyron and Aude.

In the Aveyron, several roads around Rodez were blocked for most of Friday, but next week they are moving to the A75 and Millau, hoping for maximum disruption.
