Have you seen this missing man?

Since Monday afternoon, a 61 year old man of Caribbean origin, Melville Methel, has been missing after leaving a cottage in Saint-Jean-de-Buèges, south of Ganges, Hérault.

Police have used a helicopter and a dog team to try and find him.

The man arrived with a dozen people from Val-de-Marne on Sunday for a week’s stay in a cottage in Saint-Martin Buèges.

Melville Methel suffers from Alzheimer's disease. He left the group on Monday at around 11am and the alert was given at 17h. The Ganges police started the search, and conducted a neighbourhood enquiry.

The missing man, in good physical health, is 1,86 m and weighs 85 kg.
