Hit and run in La Grand-Combe, witnesses wanted

Police are looking for witnesses who might have seen an incident in La Grand-Combe near Alès on Sunday afternoon.

A five year old child was knocked over on a pedestrian crossing in the city centre. The driver was in a dark blue Peugeot 307, and he fled the scene.

Seriously injured, the little boy was airlifted to Montpellier hospital.

Anyone with information should contact La Grand-Combe police on or contact the operational centre (17).
