Hérault flooded areas now officially categorised

If you’re on the list of people waiting to hear about the classification of a natural disaster zone in Hérault, then you might be pleased to read this article.

After the February snow, and the floods and mudslides that followed, the following communes have been categorised as a natural disaster, and therefore the insurance claims can go ahead.

“Floods and mudslides” from February 28 to March 1, 2018 - Marseillan.

“Floods and mudslides" from February 28 to March 2, 2018 - Frontignan and Lattes.

“Floods and mudslides” of March 1, 2018 - Portiragnes.

You have 10 days from the announcement to make the official declaration for insurance, if you haven’t already done this.
