Michelin: the new stars in the region

The 2017 Michelin guide unveiled its new entries on February 9, and the new book was available in shops on February 15.  The most happy chef is likely to be Yannick Alléno who now runs two 3-star restaurants: "The 1947" in Courchevel joins the Ledoyen Pavilion in Paris. In total, 27 establishments can claim the highest honor of the famous Red Guide, one more than in 2016 as none have been demoted this year.
