Perpignan man offers €50,000 to find his sister

MidiLibre/Scoop, Apr 13

Constantin Martin’s sister disappeared eight years ago.

Her name is Teodora Dorin Martin, and the 74 year old is 80% mentally handicapped. She disappeared from her home in Saint-Michel-de-Llotes, 30 kilometres from Perpignan, in July 2010.

Constantin, her brother, is offering a reward to anyone who can help him find his sister.

He has installed a banner by the railway line in Perpignan, and he plans to put up banners throughout the whole of Pyrénées-Orientales.

The reward is funded through Teodora's Adult Disability Allowance, which has not been paid for eight years, but the full monthly payment will be released when his sister is found.
