Reckless hunter charged with manslaughter

The hunter who killed a woman in her own garden by firing his gun through the hedge at the bottom of her garden, has been charged with manslaughter for ‘deliberately failing to follow obligations of safety and care’.

The 47-year-old killed the woman, 69, during a deer hunt in Taussac, Aveyron. He has been released from police custody under court supervision.
