Summer isn't over yet!

LanguedocLiving, Sep 10

“La rentrée” might have happened, but we are still in the last throes of summer here in Occitanie, in fact throughout France.

The weather is set to stay much the same for the next few days, with temperatures due to reach 33 degrees in some parts of the country on Wednesday. Currently the temperatures are forecast to drop on Thursday, but are due to pick up again for Friday.

This summer, temperatures were two degrees hotter than the average norm for July and August. This year was the second hottest on record in France.
