Volunteer divers clean Saint-Cyprien port

France 3/Scoop, Jun 6

Six volunteer divers have cleaned the port at Saint-Cyprien in the Pyrénées-Orientales. In less than 2 hours they collected a lot of rubbish - tyres, cans of paint, plastic sheeting, broken sails, and plastic bottles.

The association Sydetom 66 is a voluntary organisation, committed to cleaning the ports. Next year, the association wants to help create similar organisations in the region, to replicate their activity in Occitanie.
