Minister for European Affairs Nathalie Loiseau will resign from the government to head up President Emmanuel Macron’s party list for the European election, France Info reported, citing sources from her camp.

La République En Marche will reveal the names of its 30 election candidates Tuesday

Pascal Canfin, the head of the World Wildlife Fund, and a former member of the European Parliament and French development minister, will be the second name on La République En Marche’s (LREM) list, according to France Info.

Loiseau announced she wants to lead Macron’s political movement in the election during a televised debate against far-right leader Marine Le Pen earlier this month, after repeatedly denying she was seeking the job.

LREM will reveal the names of its 30 European election candidates Tuesday.
