Sète is hosting El Galeon, a unique Spanish galleon replica ship. The public will be able to visit it until Sunday.
El Galeon is the only navigational replica of the Spanish galleons, which for more than three centuries have made the link between Asia, America and Spain and allowed the largest trade and cultural exchanges in history. Masters of the oceans, the galleons were the pioneers of globalisation.
This replica has travelled more than 48,000 nautical miles since 2011, visiting nearly 100 ports on four continents and participating in numerous cultural projects.
The public can visit the ship from Tuesday 16th to Sunday 21st April 2019 from 10am to 7pm depending on the weather conditions.
Ticketing on the platform G. Durand dock or online: 10 € / adult, 5 € / child, 25 € / family (2 adults + 3 children between 5 and 10 years), free for children under 5 years.
