After a generally dull Monday morning, the rest of the week is set to be bright blue skies near the Mediterranean, with a little less certainty in the west, with cloudy periods.
The tramontane was blowing gusts of up to 90km / h during Monday, but on Tuesday it is a little more moderate, but gusts could still average at 50km /h.
Temperatures will be cooler, with minimum temperatures below the 20 degree mark everywhere, and as low as 9 degrees. Maximum temperatures will vary between 19 degrees, and close to 30 in the Gard.
The wind will drop again, and maximum temperatures will be up to 32 degrees.
Clouds arrive to the west of the region, and there will be scattered short showers in the morning. On the Mediterranean side, the sun will be out all day, and clouds are unlikely.
In the west, the weather alternates between cloudy and small showers. The afternoon is drier. The Mediterranean sky remains sunny and cloudless.
On Saturday, there will be sun on both sides of the Occitanie region with pleasant high temperatures, between 25 and 32 degrees. On Sunday, however, instability settles on the west, with cloudy periods which will give some showers. The thermometer is unlikely to reach 30 degrees.
